§.3 - Executive Regulation
ER: 1 - Theta-1 Protection
Theta-1 Protection:
Anyone ranked L4 or above is permitted to have Theta-1 protection.
Anyone ranked L4 or above that is on a combative team will not receive Theta-1 Protection.
ER: 2 - Theta-1 Commands
Theta-1 Commands:
Any L4 or above that is being guarded by Theta-1 is allowed to issue orders/requests.
ER: 3 - Unethical Orders
If the Theta-1 guarding a VIP find the order/request that they have been given unethical or goes against the CoRE then they are permitted to deny the order/request. ( This doesn't apply to O5 members or above. )
ER: 4 - Commands
Foundation executives have special commands on-site. Whether is be admin commands or the use of the console, Executives must not abuse their privileges.
Abuse of these administrative privileges include but are not limited to:
Initiating an emergency protocol when unnecessary.
Using administrative powers to give tools that would not otherwise be used by a team.
Using administrative powers for self benefit.
ER: 5 - Administrative Team
The Administrative team is reserved for Level-4 personnel and above. Any personnel under Level-4 somehow on the Administrative team will face punishment.
ER: 6 - Departmental Disturbances
Foundation Executives may not issue any orders that would interrupt positive relations between different departments.
ER: 7 - Pager Usage Regulations
Usage Regulations:
The pager should only be used when there is a valid need for assistance on-site from other members for things such as but not limited to a medical emergency when no medical departments members are on-site, CoRE violation when no Ethics Committee members are not on-site, mechanical malfunction when there are no engineers on-site.
Use common sense on when to use the paging system. Abuse of the system is determined by the Ethics Committee and may be audited at anytime.
Failure to follow Pager Regulations will result in a minor-medium infraction depending on the severity.
